This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Agentic ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our AI agent services, web chat interfaces, and related applications (the "Service"). We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

Your prompts and related content are processed by large language models to generate responses. Depending on the agent's configuration, this may involve third-party model providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or locally-hosted models). We share only the data needed to fulfil your request and do not permit these providers to use your content to train their models except as governed by their applicable terms. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Conversation history and memory are retained until you delete them or your account is closed.
